Icy bike path on footbridge going up from Cutteslowe park

Hi, this morning, cycles were sliding on the ascent of this footbridge this morning, I wondered if it's possible to have this gritted too, as the weather probably going to get colder. It was on the 2nd half of the ascent after the steps on the left, on the cycle path side of the path going up with Cutteslowe park behind. With thanks,
