Ditch is spilling water across road.

Ditch appears to be emptying directly onto road and water is constantly flowing across road. If it freezes it will become very dangerous for all road users.

Updates

Despite a channel having been dug out directly onto the road to allow excess water to flow across the road, NCC sent these comments: Flooding at this location is due to the volume of water overwhelming the ditches and run off from already saturated private land; unfortunately we are unable to prevent this. Please contact our Flood and Water Management Team to discuss further, as they will be able to investigate further and liaise with the relevant land owner to address maintenance required to private land to improve the drainage at this location.
