Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5265452.

Cars are parked on the corners of Calnwood/Lewsey road junction and about 40 cars parking in loading bays and on pavements causing long delays about the Hospital and no traffic enfrocement people anywhere to be seen
