Illegal Parking outside the Nisa Shop

Sent to Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5264018.

Not only did they block the Nisa carpark access they also parked across zigzag lines thus blocking drivers sight of the pedestrian crossing. There seems to be a lot of normally vans parking there and it is at significate risk of causing. I thought it was illegal to park on these zigzag lines, something need to be done about this.
