Un-enforceable loading bay marked on road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5263612.

We have a loading bay painted on the road across our entrance way in wilson place. i am told by your traffic department that it should not be there and they can do nothing about people parking across our entrance way. i have been told it should be double yellow lines there. how can we get this changed?
