  • Hi Light is still not coming on at night. The following states on your website:

    It normally takes up to 20 working days to fix a streetlight. More complex issues, such as cable faults, can take up to six weeks to fix. I first contacted you on 28/11/23 which is over 6 weeks. Please could this be fixed as an emergency due to coming out of my drive and almost being hit by a speeding car not seeing me at night, kind regards
