This is a safety hazard, especially when it is dark. There is also another sign in the same state nearby. I see it has been reported before & whilst a repair was suggested, it was subsequently rejected - why? It is dangerous for a bollard in middle of road to be black.

I have driven passed this on regular basis throughout the winter & would advise you that if it was fixed, then it must’ve peeled off again within a few days. I will repeat my comment that this is a safety hazard when it is dark!
