A number of Oil Drums containing an unknown chemical have been left here. They are too heavy to move by hand. I see this has already been reported (a month ago). Will the Council please confirm that this is a Legitimate Chemical Waste Dump for all to tip their waste now as The Council clearly have no intention of cleaning up this dangerous mess? [implying there is no problem with dumping anything anyone wants to]
