This disgusting rubbish is under the One Clean City Policy? If there are tenants or residents not meeting their responsibilities at these addresses, they need to get a letter advising them and follow up action so communities are living/ avoiding/ walking around their debris. No one should have to live in streets covered with litter and refuse like this.
