Multiple lights out along this stretch of St. Andrew's Road, along Severnside Trading Estate, and have been out for a long time - at least a year. When driving at night, it is very hard to see - the road is uneven and there are potholes that are not visible without the lights. Also, it makes it more difficult to see as there are lorries driving in the opposite direction with their lights higher than a car and they shine directly in your eyes -without the road illuminated, it is impossible to see. Both issues are made exponentially worse when it is raining, especially heavy rain, as you cannot see anything and it makes it incredibly dangerous to drive. Thank you
