Drain , sunken into pavement, uneven surface

Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 10:51, Tue 28 November 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5260230.

I work in 51, 55 whiteladies rd, BS82LY- in reception (the building right opposite this drain) the problem is the surface is uneven. The pavement sinks inward causing and uneven surface, there has been 4 casualties. i have worked here for 4 years. I've seen at least 7 people (old and young) trip over in the last 2 years. One lady tripped and split her chin open, we took her to the BRI. A disabled lady tripped and fell and was in complete shock. Another older lady fell and really hurt her leg. An elderly gentleman hurt his leg and grazed himself. It's a very busy street and lots of distractions and dangerous for the vulnerable.
