Abandoned car, No MOT since 2014

Sent to Isle of Wight Council 2 hours, 30 minutes later. Council ref: 16256060.

Black VW Golf J282JMH parked on Parklands Avenue for many months. DVLA shows SORN and No MOT since 2014 so obviously cannot be insured. Has been reported to DVLA many times and Police via their useless online reporting system but nothing has been done.
