Leaf fall on the footway adjacent to the pedestrian crossing and all along the southbound carriageway of Hospital Bridge Rd has not been cleared (again) and has turned into a slippery mess. In addition roadworks signs have been abandoned obstructing the footway on this very busy road.All the leaves have now fallen in this area so there is no excuse for delaying clearing.
