Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5255914.

Allow for parking permits to reduce dangerous/poor parking outside Abbotswood Parade, large vans and trucks from guttering shop making it impossible for residents to park safely and people cannot cross the road safely as unable to see because of cars everywhere
