Huge pothole outside Esso garage exit

Hi, there is a huge pothole ( 8 inches deep) on the exit of the ESSO garage on ramshill , Petersfield , Hants . It has caused damage to my wheels and a puncture and needs fixing asap or other motorists will damage their cars
