Street lights out 3 in old cardiff road, completel dark never like this in the 50s

  • This road has only one street lamp in operation when nightfalls. Some clown has disabled 3 lights from 12 midnight to 7 am, they are switched on when daylight appears, and off at 8 am. what a waste.The lights are needed from 3 am, and not at 10pm. Please get this sorted for road and footpath safety.

  • Still no action, we had street lighting in the 50s better and more efficient. Can not go out in the dark morning for safety, cars on pavement that cant be seen etc.
