Cars parked where it clearly states no parking. This is obstructing dust carts reaching numbers 38 ,40 42 44 46 48 Strathearn drive BS106TJ. This also poses a health and safety issue as emergency services would not be able to access this part of the road due to vehicles parking where they should not.
