A54 between Berrybank farm and Blaze Farm

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5251734.
As predicted there are dangerous ice patches across the A54 where drainage issues have not been addressed during the recent repairs. This flooding has worsened since the repairs. I believe it is section 41 of the 1980 highways act that gives the authorities "a duty to provide an adequate drainage system and keep the Highway free from flooding". I would describe the water that now flows continuously cross the A54 as flooding. If this flooding and freezing is not resolved quickly I expect there will be a serious accident.
