Blocked balcony drain.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5250930.

My balcony drain has been blocked since all the exterior work has been carried out on the block of flats. I have tried to unblock it but it is not working. If it rains my balcony becomes flooded and I am unable to open the door as it can reach quite high amounts.
