Pavements slippery with leaves, and street lights not working

Hi, the pavements on Aigburth Drive opposite Sefton Park are covered with fallen leaves and branches, making them slippery and hard to walk on at night. There are also some streetlights out - outside no 7 Aigburth Drive, and on Bloomfield Green. These dark and slippery pavements are treacherous, especially at night.
