Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5247628.

Bins have been removed from the promenade and also inside the coach park on Riverside Drive. Loads of rubbish on pavement area on the entrance to the coach park and also inside coach park. Blowing into the river making this an environmental issue .
