Drain broken, subsiding, trip hazard, car hazard for damage, dangerous!

I have had Anglian water out this evening to check whether this is their issue and have comfirm it's not and been referred to you

There is a very dangerous drain hole on my mum's and surrounding neighbours drive. My mum almost died the other week due to tripping and cracking her head open on this. She has to drag herself along the drive to get to house which caused such trauma and hours spent in hospital.

We have another elderly gentleman next door who is disabled and a lady who's just lost his husband and so driving up this alot. All of our car tyres are being wrecked also.

We need someone out to sort this immediately if not I will take the matter up with the solicitors who I work for about it.
