Your passing point has systematically destroyed the watercourse (The Ditch) you as the owners are acting selfishly ignorantly and treating the ditch owner and residents of Moss Lane with utter contempt but we have come to conclusion this is CEC Highways modus operandi stick fingers in the ears and treat everyone with contempt this image and others will be used as evidence against CEC Highways
