Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5246821.

Most of Rosemary Lane from Staples Hill, to the bridge over the Frome, particularly around the Freshford Mill Development has large amounts of leaf mould on the road making it difficult to cycle.
