The new occupier has not put their bins to be collected. as shown in the pictures rubbish sacks are left at the front of the property and have now been opened by vermin. this is a health hazard as i understand it someone has raised this with SERCO but they dont want to know. will consider reporting this along with the fly tipping at the side of the same address to the press as the council seems iunwilling to act on either tenant or landlord it seems
