Abandoned road cones

Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5244728.

There is several road cones abandoned on the side of the road already mention in ENQ652086-N3X8X1 NOT cleared away. Further cones by the Water Tower need picking up. Norfolk County Council fail again.
