Yet another DPD van parked up on Broadway ( NO MOT)

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5244547.

DPD van back on Broadway again, with no MOT either. How are these vehicles getting away with parking in a restricted area for so long ?
