Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5243145.

This is the last place you should be distracted by trying to read a banner, approaching at speed a signal controlled crossroads with multiple lanes and crossings. There has reciently been a fatality here and numerous collisions.
