Incorrectly closing the investigation. still have not answered my questions….

Hi, please do read our concerns. I along with the rest of the village clear the drains regularly, however there are a multitude of issues between no7/no6
-Flooding of our Property.
- Huge risk of vehicle accident due to the verge needed widening.
- The hugely over grown tree.
The works which were carried out last year re tarmac directly ontop of the roots is a complete cowboy job. Causing water to puddle! I am happy to take the digger to the verge and carry out the works. If there is no sensible propsal todo so within the next 6 months from the council. As I say it’s near in impossible to get out of the drive safely and with two young children I am not willing to risk it anymore
