Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 16:06, Wed 22 November 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5242447.

I have just purchased a property. 2 fox street, rothwell, nn14 6an. i am a little concerned that the property next to me, number 2 meeting lane has extended their front garden on public footpath, comprising access to my downstairs window. i am unable to clean or open my kitchen window, preventing light and air into my property. the owner is also growing plants on my properties downpipe which could cause issues with drainage or damage. please could you advise if this property has permission to obstruct the public footpath and block my access. i have photos which i can email if needed. many thanks.
