Rubbish at bus stop disgusting muddy bus stop

There is a bin alongside the Playhatch bus stop by the Red telephone box It has not been emptied for weeks I have seen in the evening fixes and rats Can you please organise to empty this regularly it seems a good place for dog waste deposits and builders off loading lunch boxes/rubbish also it’s not a good image for visitors and cyclists In anticipation The fitting around the concrete area of the bus stop is muddy and slippery I have an elderly husband and cannot afford a fractured femur I myself am nervous in that area having just had back surgery Many thanks
