38 Selkirk rd cones on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:29, Wed 22 November 2023

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5242254.

Residents at 38 Selkirk rd are leaving cones on pavement to try and stop anyone parking in the parking bay so they can illegally bump over kerb to park in their garden. The cones are a hazard to pedestrians and anyone that tries to park in bay. They need to be removed and residents told their actions are illegal
