Raw sewage on road and in ditches

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5241210.

We have raw sewage being pumped on to the road and into the ditch, the water is deep, disgusting and extremely smelly, Its make living here unbearable animals have been getting sick. Many people use this section of the road, we are having to wash our cars down after driving through it and we are unable to walk that way out of our house. I am worried that this water is going into the ditches that feed streams and will be effecting wildlife.
