Traffic lights still not phasing properly

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5238822.

Traffic lights in saltons lane and A32 not phasing properly. Causing massive tail backs on A32 as early as 6 am. Just not good enough
