Blocked during which floods in rain.

Not reported to council

Drain regularly blocks and is currently full of silt and leaves, it overflows even in the slightest rain.

4 months since reporting this and nothing has been done. Is there any feedback on this?

As of March 2026 the drain continues to overflow in the slightest of rain, I have had to spend thousands of pounds protecting my home against this constant standing water, PLEASE fix this problem.
