Flytipped domestic waste in two orange bags

Two bags of domestic waste fly tipped by the Royal Mail pillar box and memorial bench seat at the corner of Westgate Road and the unmade part of The Avenue. On top left hand corner of crossroads between Westgate Rd and The Avenue.
