Traffic light knocked down, glass on cycle lane

Someone has run into the traffic light and it's now bent over at around 45 degrees. There's also glass shards scattered on the cycle lane crossing point. It does not inspire me with confidence when I'm waiting there with my bicycle to cross the road to know that it's somewhere a car could simply drive into me! Can you stand up the traffic light, repair it so the lights work and sweep up the glass please. Maybe put some kind of barrier in place to protect both light and people from drivers for future?
