Kerbstone pushed into road

The tree roots have again pushed a kerbstone out of place and into the road outside 47-53 Clayponds Avenue. At least one car has burst it's tire since this has happened, and the parking space is unusable. Please 1. Sort the kerbstone out; 2. Prune or remove the tree so you don't have to keep doing this repair
