  • On the 28.01.2024 you stated this was in progress and as at todays date is has not been dealt with. This tree has been deemed unsafe and needs removing. The lady I spoke to this morning took my email address and said I would hear from someone regarding this ongoing issue as it clearly has not been resolved.

  • Thank you for your comments. The tree was originally worked on to remove as much of the crown as possible leaving a high stump which was complicated at the time by nesting birds in the tree. The works raised to remove the tree and grind out the stump have been chased up with the contractor who will undertake them as a priority.

  • Please accept our apologies. The contractor has been chased up and will prioritise the completion of the works. Please note, as we are within the nesting season, if nesting birds are present, we will have to wait till the birds have left the nest before undertaking works which may cause delays but we try to get the works completed as soon as possible.

  • No birds are nesting there at the moment from what we can see, the tree is badly rotting and is causing hazardous and dangerous, which can drop at any time. Please can this be resolved before their is any casualties.
