Heavy cardboard box dumped beside bike rails.

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5235607.

Scotland street West and corner of Lambhill Street. A heavy box has been dumped beside a bike rail. There are 2 bikes locked at the rails. The bicycles have been there for months. Now rubbish in boxes are now being dumped.
