  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - If you think your property is affected by the tree, you should first obtain a structural survey (often via your own building insurance company). This should then be forwarded to the North Northamptonshire Highways Insurance team. This is due to their policy being to not remove a healthy tree from the highway if it can be remedied in a different way.
