• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Having inspected the above-mentioned road we have determined that this area does not raise any immediate safety concerns or meet the criteria for repair. However, we will be carrying out a preemptive repair within 12 months time at this location. You will receive further updates once this has been completed.

  My car suffered two offside punctures last night driving on this pothole.

  I had to be towed away by the AA and have emergency mobile tyre fitting.

• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Highways are sorry to hear about the damage done to your property, please contact our insurance services at the following email who will be able to assist you further: highwaysinsurance@westnorthants.gov.uk. Highways have looked into your defects and have found that the defects need to be mended by our pothole pro. We hope to get this done in the next 12 months but it may take longer. In the meantime will continue to monitor on our routine inspections.

• Still nothing has been on the repairs of this road - my colleague had a puncture from this road. Every time it gets repaired it's back to full of pot holes within a couple of weeks

• Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry, the defect has been inspected and doesn’t currently meet the councils’ criteria as an urgent safety defect. We will however raise a pre-emptive defect; this means we aim to carry out these repairs before they become safety defects requiring an urgent response. We plan to undertake this work while carrying out other suitable maintenance in the local vicinity. We will continue to monitor the condition their condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. If you notice the defect has worsened, then please inform us via an update to your existing enquiry.
