Vegetation overhanging and encroaching

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Mrs Monica de Bokx at 19:45, Mon 20 November 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5234660.

The vegetation surrounding the flats of St Peters Close is overhanging both the pavement in Balliol Road and of the footpath leading from Balliol Rd to Western Avenue. On the footpath the ivy is also encroaching on the ground. Can this all get a good trim please to make it safer to walk here. Currently pedestrians have to either go on the road or across the road in Balliol Road and, in the case of the footpath, walk on the cycle path.
