There is an electricity supply fault at this street light and has been sent to the electricity company for repair, it depends on workload as to how long it takes but is in hand to be rectified

Please can you indicate how long this is likely to take, even if this is an approximate indication. e.g. 1 week, 1 month, 6 months etc?? I see others have raised it. This is a large numbers of lamps out where pedestrians and bikes constantly flow through, there is a play park adjacent too, kids play there and folk walk dogs - even in the dark. Crossing the road is a concern - the outage is in a dangerous location, are you able to escalate?

Please can you respond to the request to estimate (even approximately) how long this would take to start works to repair. Please also acknowledge you have read and understood this outage is dangerous as there is a constant flow of push bikes and pedestrians along Audlett drive as well as people and children crossing the road (now in complete darkness) to the playing field and dog walking area to the east of Audlett drive
