Give-and-take traffic control not working

Sent to Isle of Wight Council 10 hours, 4 minutes later. Council ref: 16255572.

Pavement works in progress by unknown contractor. "Priority" traffic management signs in place but can't work because can't see from one end to the other. Needs either temp traffic lights or shorter obstruction.
