Tree roots are causing the road to become uneven which is a trip hazard

  • Thank you for your report regarding this issue. Bromley are aware of the significant volume of works raised and outstanding with our contractor and we are continuing to monitor and liaise with them over this outstanding schedule of works. Our Officers are not able to give precise timeframes to individual jobs at this moment but are continuing to undertake regular safety inspections and check any reported issues. We will continue to work with our contractor to ensure that all outstanding jobs are addressed as quickly as they are able.

    The team arrived today and took up some paving blocks, however they informed us that they did not have the correct tools and replaced the blocks which are now even more of a trip hazard. I do not know if they are coming back, please update accordingly as it cannot be left as it is

  • Please provide a timeline of when this will be fixed as it has been ongoing since Nov23. At the moment it has been filled with tarmac which is not acceptable

    This issue has not been resolved. The last contractor has replaced the blocks with tarmac, which is not acceptable, see new photo. Please confirm when the blocks will be put back in place. This has been ongoing since Nov23 and needs to be resolved.
