Building materials, two large sand bags left.

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5228474.

Having done building work in March 2023. The resident of the property concerned, has once again left the unwanted building materials, two large yellow bags, (containing sand and aggregate). This situation has been on going since June 2019.

We have a problem with dog poop in communal courtyard that's been going on years aswell and littering ,point of the council ?
