Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5227201.

The road just before Barking Hall is now permanently flooded and impassable every time it rains. Has been like this for weeks and is causing huge disruption to local traffic travelling to/from Needham and A14.
