Abandoned black bins full of rubbish

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5226993.

These 3 black bins have been left here for a couple of years and don’t belong to anyone. Passers-by drop rubbish in there including dog mess and food. They smell. As 2 don’t have lids, foxes and rats raid them. Very unhygienic. Please could they be removed.
