2 x wooden bollards removeds/missing

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5224333.

A wooden bollard was taken out from the grass verge outside No65 Lewsey Road, LU4 0EN by the builders at the house and then the hole filled in so they can use the verge to gain access to the property. This was reported months ago but the response was when LBC do Lewsey Road they will replace the bollard.
